APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure we can accommodate all our valued clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: No Show Policy: A 50% service fee will be charged for appointments marked as “No Show” without any prior notice.
Cancellation with Less Than -Hour Notice: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Reason for the Policy: We strive to provide the best service to all our clients, and your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows not only affect our schedule but also impact the opportunity for others to secure their preferred time slots.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your spot in the training program, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total training cost. Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of cancellation, the deposit cannot be applied to future training sessions or other services.
